BBQ Pork Ribs

Our chefs are pulling out all the stops for your dad this year. Each Salty's restaurant will be featuring these amazing ribs; dry rubbed with sugar, black pepper, and Asian spices and then slow smoked for 4 hours until the meat falls off the bone...delish!!! The ribs are then slathered with a spicy and sweet BBQ sauce that is finger linking and lip smacking good.
Build your own Pulled Pork Slider Station

Time to build your own sliders on Father's Day at all three Salty’s brunch buffets. Our chefs are slow roasting beautiful fresh pork butts until they melt in your mouth. The process involves taking the pork and tossing it in apple cider vinegar, mustard seeds, celery seeds and special spices. Your adventure continues when you get to build your slider with choices of sauces like chipotle aioli, mayo, dijon or BBQ sauce. Finish it off with our signature creamy coleslaw.
Applewood-Smoked Carved Chicken

Time to get some Smoked Carved Chicken for Father’s Day this year at Salty’s. Our chicken is brined overnight in sugar and salt to make it nice and juicy. Next we smoke the whole chicken over apple wood. Lastly, it is served with a sweet corn salsa and hot sauce for you to spice it all up.
