the freshest seafood available. At Salty’s Seafood Restaurants
in both Seattle and Portland, Oregon, we celebrate the arrival of
fresh seasonal seafood as well as produce. In the winter, we rejoice
when fresh Dungeness crab makes its appearance with our “You
Crack Me Up” Crab Festival. Springtime brings in the
fresh Alaskan halibut catch and we invite you to join us for our
“Just for the Halibut” Festival. Locals eagerly
await summer and the arrival of Copper River Salmon for that’s
when we celebrate our “Wild Ones” Summer Salmon
