Mother's Day Buffet Menu 2017

Our menu includes two very special dishes just for Mom, made exclusively for Mother's Day Weekend Brunch 2017.

White Gulf Shrimp Scampi | garlic, shallots, fresh herbs, butter sauce
Tender white Gulf prawns sautéed in front of your eyes are finished with a flavorful scampi sauce studded with aromatic herbs, sweet garlic, shallots and a kiss of chili flakes for extra zip. Our chef adds a splash of white wine and butter for a luscious sauce. Mom will love this dish, we promise!

Salmon Wellington | phyllo crusted, spinach, herbed chevre
Moist rich salmon fillets topped with whipped chevre cheese are seasoned with lemon zest, lemon juice, fresh chopped tarragon and thyme. Topped with sautéed spinach studded with shallot, garlic and finished with a splash of Pernod. Wrapped in buttery layers of phyllo dough baked flakey and golden brown. A masterpiece made just for Mom, carved per order by our chefs on this very special Mother's Day Weekend.
