It's almost summer and in the Pacific Northwest, that means it's time to celebrate the amazing salmon. In this class you’ll learn how to clean and filet a salmon and then create 3 spectacular salmon recipes that you’ll want to make all summer long...on repeat! Of course, wine will be served! Here’s your menu:

Lavender Honey Glazed Wild Salmon Salad
with spring greens, citrus vinaigrette, humbolt fog chevre, summer berries

Lomi-lomi Salmon
with sweet maui onion, green onion and heirloom tomatoes

Pan Seared Salmon
with pickled blueberries, watercress and lemon creme fraiche
