Salty's at Redondo Cocktail Class: "Love Infusion" is on Saturday, Feb. 9, from 2:00 to 4:00 p.m., and will be led by Salty's Beverage Manager Derrick Griffin and Bartender Chris Gillman, who will discuss liquor-infusion techniques for four loverly cocktails paired with tasty nibbles from Chef Gabe Cabrera. Here's the menu:
Cucumber Basil Gimlet
Dry Fly-Infused Vodka, Fresh Lime Juice,
Dash of Simple Syrup,
Finished with a Soda Press
Paired with G&D Salmon Canape
Layered Tangerine Cosmopolitan
House-Infused Tangerine Vodka, Shaken with Triple Sec, Lime Juice,

Fig-Infused Rye Whiskey, Stirred with Sweet Vermouth,
Finished with a Dash of Housemade Orange Bitters

Grapefruit-Infused Blanco Tequila, St. Germain Liqueur, Lime Juice,
Finished with a Float of Champagne and Half Salted Rim

The class is only $30 per person and includes recipe cards, demo on bar techniques, as well as the cocktails to sip along with appetizers for noshing. Redondo's "Seefood Express" Van is a wonderful passenger van available for groups sized 2-14 with your own personal driver! We will pick up your group from a prearranged location, drive you to Salty's on the Columbia River in Portland for dinner and take you back after dinner. Our shuttle is available Monday through Thursday with priority going to hotels along Airport Way. Reservations are first come, first served.
