1 1/2 fluid ounce Bombay Sapphire
1/2 fluid ounce Triple Sec
3 fluid ounce sweet and sour
3 slices lime
2 slices cucumber
- In a pint glass, muddle 3 slices of lime, 2 slices of fresh cucumber and 4 to 5 mint leaves with ice.
- Add Bombay Sapphire, Triple Sec, and sweet and sour.
- Strain over ice and garnish with a cucumber wheel and mint leaf. Don't forget the straw!
