Dungeness Crab Legs Three Ways

Serves 4

Asian Style Ingredients

1 Dungeness crab, precooked
1 cup Asian cocktail
1 green onion, chopped
1/2 teaspoon white sesame seeds, toasted

Asian Style Ingredients
  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.
  2. Toss one crab in Asian cocktail sauce and place on cookie sheet.
  3. Bake 12-15 minutes or until crab starts to blister.
  4. Remove from oven and place Asian crab on large serving platter.
  5. Garnish with chopped onion and toasted sesame seeds.
Herbed Crab Ingredients

1 Dungeness crab, precooked
1 tablespoon dill, chopped
1 tablespoon parsley, chopped
1/2 tablespoon tarragon, chopped
2 tablespoons drawn butter

Herbed Crab Directions
  1. Fill two-gallon soup pot with water and bring to boil.
  2. Add one crab and cook five minutes.
  3. Remove crab and toss with chopped dill, parsley, tarragon and drawn butter.
  4. Place on platter with Asian Crab.
El Natural Ingredients

1 Dungeness crab, precooked
6 ounces cocktail sauce
1 lemon, wedged
1/2 bunch italian parsley sprigs

El Natural Directions
  1. Arrange third chilled crab on same platter and garnish with lemon wedges and Italian Parsley sprigs.
  2. Serve with cocktail sauce on the side. Serves 3.
Asian Cocktail Sauce Ingredients

1 teaspoon tomato paste
2 tablespoons chili sauce
1/4 cup rice wine vinegar
1 tablespoon sugar
1 clove garlic, minced
1/2 teaspoon chili flakes
1 teaspoon Hoisin sauce
1 teaspoon plum sauce

Asian Cocktail Sauce Directions
  1. Mix all ingredients together and put aside until ready to use.
Cocktail Sauce

1 teaspoon prepared horseradish
1/4 cup chili sauce
1/8 cup ketchup
2 dashes Worcestershire sauce
1 dash Tabasco sauce
1/4 lemon, juiced
/4 teaspoon black pepper

Cocktail Sauce Mix Directions
  1. Mix all ingredients together and chill until ready to use.
