Butter Roasted Dungeness Crab
4 each whole Dungeness crab
8 ounce whole butter, unsalted
1 ounce minced garlic
1/2 ounce minced shallots
1 tablespoon Salty's Seasoning Salt
1/2 ounce white wine
- Combine butter, shallots, garlic, seasoning and wine in processor and blend until smooth.
- Break up crab and spread on sheet pan, topping with butter.
- Roast in 450 degree oven for 8 minutes.
