King Crab Spread

After cracking the king legs open slighty, we oven roast them with a mixture of garlic, Meyer lemon, castelvetrano olives, a touch of fish sauce and olive oil.

King Crab Spread

Serves 4-6


1 1/2 pounds king crab, meat removed
2 tablespoons cream cheese, softened
1 tablespoon mayonnaise
1 clove garlic, minced
1/2 lemon juiced
2 dashes Worcestershire
1 dash Tabasco
pinch white pepper
pinch of dry English mustard
salt to taste

  1. Mix cream cheese, mayonnaise, garlic, lemon juice, Worcestershire, Tabasco, white pepper and dry mustard in a bowl until well combined.
  2. Fold in crabmeat and then season with salt to taste.

Note: Great on crackers, salads, veggies or bread.
