(makes 2 cups)
4 sheets of gelatin
2 cups strawberry syrup
.5 teaspoon salt
- Bloom gelatin
- Dissolve gelatin into the strawberry syrup
- Place the mixture in a large bowl over ice
- With all your might whisk as if your life depends on it and don't stop till it's a foam and holds it's self on the whisk.
- Place into a container label and date and hold in the cooler up to two days.
