Chef Jeremy's Carbonara
Chef Jeremy's Carbonara

Carbonara is an Italian pasta dish from Rome based on eggs, cheese, bacon and black pepper. This carbonara recipe by Salty's Chef Jeremy is tossed with pancetta and fresh English peas. In keeping with the traditional preparation, we finish this pasta with egg, cracked black pepper and cheese. Follow each taste of this Italian-inspired dish with a sip of L'Ecole No. 41 Chenin Blanc for the perfect pairing pleasure.
