1/2 pound ground lamb
1/2 pound ground pork
1 clove garlic, minced
4 leaves mint, chopped
1/2 tablespoon madras curry powder
1/2 teaspoon cayenne pepper
1/2 teaspoon ground coriander
1 pinch ground cumin
1 teaspoon Kosher salt
- Mix all ingredients together.
- Form the mixture tight around bamboo skewers.
- Let rest in the refrigerator for a while, and then grill on all sides until nice and charred.
- Serve with Tzatziki sauce or a little Sriracha sauce.
