2 cups orange juice
2 tablespoons ginger, minced
2 zests of oranges
1/4 cup sugar
1 pint cranberries
1 can or cranberry jelly
- Cook the orange juice with the ginger in a sauce pan for 10 minutes or until cooked down by half.
- Add the zest, sugar, and cranberries.
- Cook for 5 minutes longer.
- Finish with the cranberry jelly.
- Cook for an additional 3 minutes then place in refrigerator.
