Salty's Corporate Chef Jeremy McLachlan's take on this delicious Thanksgiving holiday classic.

Cranberry Sauce

Ingredients

Serves 4

2 cups orange juice
2 tablespoons ginger, minced
2 zests of oranges
1/4 cup sugar
1 pint cranberries
1 can or cranberry jelly

Directions
  1. Cook the orange juice with the ginger in a sauce pan for 10 minutes or until cooked down by half.
  2. Add the zest, sugar, and cranberries.
  3. Cook for 5 minutes longer.
  4. Finish with the cranberry jelly.
  5. Cook for an additional 3 minutes then place in refrigerator.
