Our aioli is made with egg yolk, garlic, ginger, sesame oil, canola oil, soy sauce and Sriracha (hot chili sauce). If you have eaten Pho, you have experienced this wonderful flavor. Made in California, Sriracha has made the news lately because the factory's neighbors complain about the odor and now they are moving the entire factory.

Spicy Mayo

Serves 2-4


1 cup mayonnaise
2 tablespoons Sriracha hot sauce
1 teaspoon honey
1/4 teaspoon soy sauce
dash sesame oil
pinch ground dry ginger
1/4 teaspoon rice wine vinegar, unseasoned

  1. Mix all ingredients together and refrigerate for 10 minutes.
  2. Great on seafood, sushi, Bánh mì sandwiches and tacos!
