Asian Pear Horseradish Slaw

Asian pears are very sweet and hearty. They have an apple shape and tend to be more acidic tasting than a regular pear. The pears are shredded and simply tossed with rice wine vinegar, canola oil, sesame oil, fresh ground horseradish, green onion, cilantro and black sesame seeds.
