A mix of thinly shredded snap peas, thinly shredded carrots, green onions, cilantro, our slaw is tossed with the ginger vinaigrette.

Snap Pea and Carrot Slaw

Serves 3-4


1/2 pound sugar snap peas, cut into thin strips
1/2 pound carrot, shredded
1/2 bunch cilantro, chopped
2 green onions, chopped
1/4 cup pickled ginger, chopped
1 teaspoon sesame oil
1 tablespoon rice wine vinegar
2 tablespoons canola oil
1 tablespoon white sesame seeds, toasted
salt to taste

  1. Mix all ingredients and serve as a side dish or on fish, chicken or steak.
