The Best Baked Potato!

Tossing russet potatoes in drawn butter with a ton of kosher salt is the best way to bake a potato. This way you'll want to eat every bite of the skin, full of good-for-you nutrients! The potatoes are roasted at 450 degrees for 45 minutes or until soft. Before serving, dust off the salt and keep them warm. Suggested toppers are included in this recipe.
