2 pineapple (grilled and cubed)
2 fluid ounces lime juice
2 red onion brunoise
2 part cilantro
2 jalapeÃ±os brunoise
1 fluid ounce apple cider vinegar
2 red bell peppers brunoise
1 fluid ounce canola oil
4 fluid ounces pineapple juice
- In a large bowl, toss together pineapple, red bell pepper, green bell pepper, corn, black beans, onions, green chile peppers, orange juice, and cilantro.
- Season with cumin, salt, and pepper.
- Cover, and chill in the refrigerator until serving.
