It’s that shucking time of year when bivalve lovers from near and far join Salty’s in the coolest shucking event in Seattle and Portland. Salty’s Shuck Yeah All-U-Can-Eat Bivalves event has returned! Grab your bibs and bring your smile because this is sure to be a fun event. You’ll get to feast on local seasonal oysters, mussels and clams with an all-u-can-eat buffet.

Think shucked-to-order oysters while conversing with Kevin Riley, owner of Emerald Acres Oysters, and creator of our bespoke Jack Bailey variety. A la minute, cooked in front of you clams and mussels, and geoduck cleaning demos and tastings.   And of course, you can’t possibly eat all this food without having some proper refreshments.  With ample beverage pairings, this will truly be a night to remember.
